The above rates are inclusive of:
· Daily breakfast for 2 pax
· 11% Government tax and 10% service charge.
· Kids stay free is available for 2 kids age 12 years old and under when sleeping in existing bedding configuration. Kids aged over 12 years and above will be charged an extra person fee of USD 35 per night inclusive of breakfast in Pasar Market Café.
· Kids eat free is available for 2 kids age 12 years old and under for breakfast and dinner with accompanying paying adult in the all-day dining restaurant Pasar Market cafe
· Check in with a cold towel & welcome drink upon arrival

· This quotation is valid until 8th April 2025 in which Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua would require a returned signed copy of this letter of quotation via email for us to honor these offered rate for this group. After which we will reserve the right to re-quote at a different rates.
· Upon acceptance of the signed copy of this quotation we will draft a Group Booking Contract, taking into consideration of further details may need to be added, i.e. food, beverage and other banquet arrangements. A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the minimum booking will be required the latest 60 days after signing the Group Booking Contract and the settlement will be required the latest 60 days prior to group arrival. At that time, arrangement not covered by deposits, rooming list or individual reservations will be released for general sale. We will continue to accept reservations from your attendees after this date based on room and rate availability.
